There are many, many types of bra inserts and they come in a full range of sizes. However, to get the right size for your particular body, you need to know about the way various materials may affect fit. Some are better for small or average sized breasts while other materials work just as well for women with larger breasts.
Women who are endowed with large breasts tend to prefer silicone bra inserts. They work equally well for smaller sizes but they mold well to the shape of voluptuous breasts, making them perfect for women with breasts needing bra inserts to fit bras as large as 40 DD or more.
Push-up bra inserts can be made of foam or gel and work very well for smaller breasted women, ranging in size from 28A to 30B and other choices in the A and B ranges.
